The hotel rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. However, it was noisy due to the attached buildings. The overall space is spacious with all necessary amenities, providing a comfortable and larger than expected stay.

The service here was truly top-notch. The cleaning lady was friendly, and they even offered free coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch. Their excellent English and helpful manner were a blessing during my stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the center of Bologna; it's within easy walking distance to the sights. Despite being on a street with a lot of traffic, it's just a 10-minute walk to the center, making it convenient to enjoy and relax after a long day.
